Instead of breaking the bank by paying for a higher trim level for a car just because you want black rims, you can lease a less expensive car (ex. Jeep Cherokee Latitude vs Jeep Cherokee High Altitude) and then use "plasti dip" to temporarily make your rims black!
Why pay for a black out package when you can plasti-dip your rims very inexpensively, and when you're ready to return your lease, it peels right off!!!
*Plasti Dip comes in many colors, the only limit is your imagination!
